Business Services Group is seeking an experienced Interim Group Reporting and Consolidations Manager to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the production of UK statutory accounts, group consolidation, and Monthly Performance Reviews for various entities;
  2. Perform regular reviews of consolidated financial accounts, identifying issues and assisting the finance team in resolving them;
  3. Assist with preparation of associated documentary requirements for Year End external audit for Group's financial statements, including liaison and management of external auditors;
  4. Review existing systems and processes, managing, improving, and implementing changes to financial systems where necessary.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold a full accountancy qualification and have previous experience in a similar position. Strong working knowledge of accounting systems, including Cognos and TM1, is highly desirable.

Additional Information:

The position will be based in either the London or Portsmouth office, with the successful applicant expected to attend one to two days a month. However, applicants who wish to attend the office on a more regular basis are also welcome.
