Client Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Client Data Analyst to join our Workplace Distribution team at Aegon UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex data analysis and calculations to support business decisions
  • Analyse and load member data to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Provide feedback to the Implementations Team on client requirements and business system capabilities
  • Process bulk financial transactions and maintain data accuracy
  • Handle large data sets comprising of pension scheme members' personal and investment information
Requirements:
  • Exceptional Excel skills, including knowledge of lookups, pivot tables, and complex macros
  • Experience of analysing and processing large data sets involving confidential member information
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to understand multiple business processes across various functions and systems
