Quality Assurance Inspector - Flexible Pipe Systems

Granite Recruitment is in search of skilled Quality Assurance Inspectors to enhance our operations in the Flexible Pipe Systems sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform incoming inspections and accurately interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Draft comprehensive reports, including Non-conformance documentation.
  • Offer technical assistance and expertise to various operational teams.
  • Support failure analysis initiatives and develop quality assurance protocols.
  • Validate dimensional and inspection reports to ensure product compliance.
  • Create Non-compliance reports (NCRs) as necessary.
  • Engage in Continuous Improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • ONC/HNC certification or substantial experience in Quality Assurance within sectors such as Extrusion, wire and cable, or oil and gas.

Desired Experience:

  • Proficient understanding of ISOAPI Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Adept at identifying issues and formulating valid conclusions.
  • Skilled in process inspection tasks and familiar with Microsoft software.
  • Knowledgeable about Goods Receiving Inspection Systems.
