Job Title: Security Officer - Churchill Square
Location: Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton
Contract: Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.97 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Churchill Square Shopping Centre in Brighton. As a Security Officer, you will be the public face of our Security Team, ensuring exemplary standards of Security and Customer Service are always provided to our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients, proactively assisting wherever possible.
- Manage incidents in accordance with site policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Liaise with the site control room, reacting to incidents and supporting colleagues as needed.
- Identify and report any unsecure areas of the site, taking action to resolve.
- Monitor and surveillance of suspect individuals, logging and reporting incidents in line with site/company policies.
- Record all events/incidents in the Security Officer notebook correctly and adhere to notebook policies.
- Be available to cover at least one additional shift per month if requested to cover absence/annual leave.
