About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team at Natural Power. As a key member of our Construction Team, you will be responsible for supporting the lead driller in all drilling, logistics, and maintenance activities on wind farm and infrastructure sites.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead driller in drilling operations, including installation of pipework, general ground works, and reinstatement.
  • Perform routine plant and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Interact with project teams on site and at our yard/offices to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support with water well installation and general labour tasks.
  • Contribute to team discussions and participate in safety culture initiatives.
