About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Labourer to support our team in delivering high-quality property services. The successful candidate will assist in carrying out repairs, maintenance, waste disposal, and general cleaning services at our properties across the South West region.

Purpose of the Role:
  • Working closely with a Multi Skilled Technician, you will undertake a range of tasks to ensure our properties are well-maintained and meet the required standards.
  • You will be responsible for assisting with repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services, as well as contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services at our properties
  • Work closely with the Multi Skilled Technician to ensure effective delivery of services
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work to deadlines
