Job Summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at our Sunbury Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, while also contributing to the development of our Physiotherapy team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical care to a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring that all patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Contribute to the development of our Physiotherapy team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the quality of our services.
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with our Learning and Development Academy to identify training and development needs, and to develop and deliver training programs to support the growth and development of our Physiotherapy team.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with Health and Care Professions Council registration.
  • Proven experience in a senior physiotherapy role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality clinical care and contributing to the development of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
