Key Responsibilities- Support the management team in the day-to-day operations of the store
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising and visual displays
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maximize profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, and costs
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Minimum of Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
