About the Project

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a prestigious £40 million school project in Hayes. As the project's commercial lead, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quantity surveying from pre-construction to final account.

Your Role

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the project's success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing effective cost management strategies to ensure project profitability
  • Conducting thorough cost analysis and reporting to stakeholders
  • Procuring subcontractors and managing contractual agreements
  • Collaborating closely with the project team to drive efficiency and mitigate risks

Your Experience

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
