About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Mechanic to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside rescue team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve customer issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide reassurance
  • Drive to different locations in all weather conditions
What You'll Need
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
  • A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
