Position: Senior Financial Manager

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Salary: Up to £70,000

Working Days: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a Senior Financial Manager to become an integral part of a leading global manufacturing organization. This permanent role is pivotal within the executive team, where you will oversee comprehensive financial governance and ensure the efficacy of financial operations and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of financial oversight, including regulatory compliance and financial disclosures.
  • Develop and maintain budgets and financial projections, providing insights on variances.
  • Facilitate the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial transactions and reporting through rigorous quality control.
  • Lead the preparation of cash flow statements, forecasts, budgets, and management accounts in line with established guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or AAT.
  • Experience with SAP systems.
  • Demonstrated background in finance within a manufacturing context, particularly in the FMCG sector.
  • Adept in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with extensive practical knowledge.
