We're looking for a Supervisor to join the Earthworks team on the Calvert project based in Twyford Buckinghamshire.  In this role you'll be responsible for managing site resources, labour teams, and subcontractors efficiently, ensuring the safe and successful delivery of the project.  With this role you can expect a competitive salary, annual car allowance, 26 days annual leave plus bank holiday plus benefits.

Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire – site based

Hours: Permanent Fulltime

 

Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, manage resources to ensure efficient project delivery while collaborating with the Works Manager to effectively manage risks and identify opportunities.

Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring works activities adhere to permits/TBS's and WPP's
  • Check specification and drawings against works completed and materials used
  • Establish and maintain good quality and safe site set-up
  • Ensure site direct labour and sub – contractors are correctly supervised and is correctly qualified for the role

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Supervisor is great if you have:

  • Experience in all aspects of in Earthworks
  • CSCS Gold Card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
