More about your role 

Reporting to the Head of Accounting, this position will play a key role in ensuring that accounting services provided to internal and external colleagues are of a high standard.

You will be responsible for issuing charges to tenants, recording receipts and responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner. In addition to processing supplier invoices, you will conduct weekly supplier payment runs and respond to their queries. 

In addition, you will provide support to the wider business and provide cover as and when required.

More about you 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be comfortable working with a range of MS tools such as Excel. Stakeholder engagement and time management skills are also desired.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in an administration role (if you have worked in a Credit Control role that is preferred but not essential)
  • A proven track record of working with MS packages such as Excel, 
  • A familiarity of RICS Service Charge Code.
