About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate leader to join us at our Skegness Resort as part of our Resort Safety team.
The Resort Safety Manager will lead the Resort Safety (Security) function for a large complex, with multiple entertainment/licenced venues, thousands of guests and team living on resort.  
You will be responsible for maintaining the layered security arrangements of the resort, from perimeter to internal patrols, to specific venue staff (doors and internal patrols), including mobile patrols, response tasks and balancing security arrangements against customer/guest experience ensuring the safety of team and guests.

Your shifts pattern will be Friday to Tuesday - 5.00 PM to 1.00 AM. 

About You
We are looking for an individual with prior experience of leading teams in the private security industry and experience in placing the customer/guest experience at the heart of everything that we do.

This role also requires you to hold a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence and Driving Licence.

You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121's and coaching. 

Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role so you should be passionate about every interaction and should seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
