About the team

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior leadership meetings, following a consistent approach, ensuring due process is followed, the Members' Agreement is adhered to.

About the role   

  • In your role you will work closely with the Head of Secretariat and other members of the team to provide a consistent service and manage the Executive and Senior Leadership meetings within Forvis Mazars UK, ensuring the Chairs and members are properly supported in their activities.
  • Attend meetings as required and ensure they are properly recorded with minutes produced and finalised prior to being shared across various Boards or with the Regulator, as appropriate.
  • Assist in the maintenance of an actions log, including following up on actions as appropriate, meeting and where needed, challenging senior leadership on outstanding actions.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, scheduling meetings, confirming quoracy, ensuring attendees have the relevant information to attend.
  • Assist in the production of high-quality papers for meetings, ensuring they are submitted in a timely manner in a standard format and ensuring that the relevant governance process is adhered to.

  • Experience taking and producing succinct minutes
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written skills
  • Flexible with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
