About the Role
Could you be the next Referral Coordinator for Outcomes First Group?
To act as the first point of contact for referrals and parent enquires into OFG schools within a specified geography.
To ensure all referrals are appropriately recorded on isams, and disseminated to the appropriate Admissions Manager in a timely manner.
To support the Admissions Managers with placement offers, fee enquiries and school open days.
This is an exciting chance to be part of our amazing team and this role comes with remote working. You may be required to travel from time to time to attend our schools and meet with team members, but you would be notified in advance of this.
We are looking for:
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with people at different levels.
• First-rate communicator with excellent presentation and well-honed interpersonal skills.
• Show good initiative and take ownership of tasks or issues.
• Good level of Excel skills including data manipulation.
• Commitment to achievement, quality and continual improvement.
• Commitment to Equality of Opportunity and anti-discriminatory practice.
• Proven ability of building and developing relationships.
• To work well both as part of a team and be able to work on their own.
• A current, valid driving licence is desirable.
