Were now looking for an experienced NDT Radiography Supervisor to lead our X-ray, Leak Test, and Part Marking departments in a critical quality-focused role. With your technical insight and leadership, youll maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance while driving continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: Supervising daily activity, KPIs, and team performance Conducting audits, appraisals, and Health & Safety checks Leading problem-solving and process improvements Coaching and developing staff to achieve operational excellence Managing radiographic techniques and standards (if qualified) About you Were looking for a hands-on leader with both technical expertise and a people-first approach. Youll bring: Proven supervisory or people management experience (essential) Background in manufacturing supervision (aerospace, defence, or precision engineering) Strong knowledge of NDT processes RT Qualification (X-ray/gamma rays) Certification to NAS410 / EN4179 standards Engineering degree, HND, or equivalent Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives The Interview Journey A three-stage process: initial in-depth screening call with your Recruitment Business Partner, followed by a structured 1st stage interview, and final stage with a short presentation to senior management, including a trade test to assess engineering knowledge through a basic practical test.
