Education and Qualifications : Proficiency in literacy, numeracy, and communication skills appropriate to the role. SVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification in Health & Social Care (desirable). Relevant training in COSHH, Health & Safety, and Moving & Handling (desirable). Experience : Previous experience in a care environment (essential). Experience supporting individuals with additional needs (desirable). Skills : Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Commitment to ongoing personal development and learning. Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to individual needs.
