Lead Occupational Therapist Salary: £47,810 - £50,273 DOE per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week, permanent - Part time is also available Location: Tonbridge, Kent Lead the Way in Neuro Occupational Therapy This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in shaping a specialist Neuro Occupational Therapy service that makes a real difference. As a Lead Occupational Therapist, youll play a pivotal role in delivering expert care to individuals with complex neurological conditions-supporting their recovery, independence and quality of life. Its a role that offers both professional challenge and personal fulfilment, with clear pathways for career development and leadership growth. This position is based at a hospital in Tonbridge, Kent . Hybrid working patterns are available, with set working times across weekdays to support flexibility and wellbeing. About the Role As a Lead Occupational Therapist, youll be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of a high-quality neurorehabilitation service. Youll manage a clinical caseload, lead therapeutic programmes, and guide a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver person-centred care aligned with national standards. About You Youll be an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for neurological rehabilitation and a commitment to service excellence.
