Job Description Were looking for a skilled CNC Router Programmer/Operator to join one of our prestigious clients in Castle Donington In this role, youll set up, operate, and programme CNC routers to produce high-precision components. Youll work with a variety of materials and be trusted to deliver fine, intricate work with attention to detail. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position What youll be doing Set up, programme, and operate CNC routers to produce precise components Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models (metric & imperial) Select tools, speeds, feeds, and cutting paths for optimum results Monitor production, perform inspections, and ensure quality standards Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed Minimise waste by planning and reusing material offcuts Collaborate with the team to complete jobs efficiently and safely Hours Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm (flexible) Friday 7am-1pm Pay £27,584.96 per annum Skills/Experience Required Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and CAD models Operate CNC machines and use CAM software (e.g., eDrawings, PC CAM Plus) Work to tight tolerances with precision and attention to detail Time-Served Engineering Apprenticeship or HNC/HND equivalent Benefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension Competitive salary Free on-site parking Day shifts with no weekends Free fruit, tea & coffee Monthly prize draws Quarterly bonus Early Friday finish Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
