The Role Job Title: Night Hostel Worker Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Pattern: 8:00pm to 8:15am, 4 shifts on, 4 shifts off Are you someone who comes alive at night and wants a role where you can make a real impact? Were looking for a compassionate and proactive Night Hostel Worker to join our dedicated team in Wolverhampton. If youre passionate about supporting vulnerable people and helping them move forward in their lives, this could be the perfect role for you. Youll be a steady, reassuring presence through the night, someone who can build rapport, stay calm under pressure, and bring a people-first approach to everything you do. Working in our 24-hour accommodation service, youll support residents with their goals, complete essential safety checks, manage incidents when they arise, and ensure the building remains a safe and welcoming environment. No two nights are the same, but every shift makes a difference. What We Offer Enhanced annual leave entitlement 27 days annual leave per year, plus bank holidays.
