About the Role: Sales Support Executive This role is all about engaging with customers no cold calling, just meaningful conversations with people who have already shown interest in our services. Inbound Calls: Answer calls from clients and direct them to the right department (Sales, Customer Service, or Retentions). Provide outstanding customer service, ask the right questions, and set clear expectations for call-backs if needed. Outbound Calls (Where You Earn Commission): Call clients who have made an inquiry about Private Medical Insurance no cold calling Introduce them to our services and transfer them to a Sales Adviser. Earn £30-£50 commission for every transferred call that converts into a sale What Were Looking For: ? Confident, friendly, and great with people ? Motivated to earn and progress ? Positive attitude and a team player ? Willing to learn and grow within the company ? Your Working Hours: Youll work on a 6-week rotating shift pattern , including a mix of start times. Shifts range from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday , with some Saturdays (9:00 AM 1:00 PM).
