About Alexandra Park
Alexandra Park is a unique development featuring 28 single-occupancy bungalows and a four-bedroom house, all set within extensive grounds. It’s designed for individuals with highly complex needs who require skilled, consistent support in a peaceful, person-centred environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 24-hour support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Support with personal care (bathing, toileting, feeding)
- Enable participation in community activities like swimming, shopping, cinema trips, and more
- Promote independence and inclusion in everyday life
Who We’re Looking For
Whether you're:
- New to care and looking for a meaningful career change, or
- An experienced Support Worker with a background in complex emotional or behavioural support
