GTS Maintenance is looking for a motivated and ambitious Project Engineer to join our team. Youll be at the heart of project delivery from scoping and planning to installation and site management. Role Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits to capture technical requirements and scope project needs. Develop detailed project plans, including cost estimates and subcontractor requirements. Oversee design, manufacture, and delivery to ensure alignment with project specifications and deadlines. Create and deliver risk assessments and method statements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resource availability. Manage site operatives and contractors during installation. Monitor project progress and escalate issues to the Project Manager as needed. Collaborate with the Finance team to track and manage project costs. Ensure customer sign-off upon project completion. Skills and experience required: Engineering qualification with strong technical knowledge. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Project. Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel. Excellent time management, work ethic, and adaptability. Experience working at height and in confined spaces. Strong teamwork and ability to work independently. Eagerness to learn and continuously develop professionally. Advantageous Skills CAD experience Welding knowledge CSCS card First Aid certification Health & Safety Commitment We take safety extremely seriously.
