Job Title: Training & Development Coordinator Training and Development Coordinator Salary - Circa £29,000 depending on skills & experience Permanent, 37 hours per week Lincoln Dive into a world of opportunity, and join our team As part of the technical training team, this role will coordinate and plan the technical training delivery across Anglian Water, utilising the Learning Management System, SAP and other external systems. Plan and schedule training and assessments to meet the requirements of the Training Delivery Manager, AWs Safe and Well "management of" procedures, and in response to staff turnover. Ensure training is refreshed as required and where appropriate liaise with Operational Managers and OAs to facilitate this.
