A leading financial services organisation is embarking on a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple workstreams. This role requires strong HR technology programme experience and a proven track record of running complex, enterprise-scale transformation projects.

HYBRID WORKING 3 DAYS IN LONDON

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of an Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme.
- Manage project governance, RAID logs, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with HR, Technology, Change, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure all project artefacts meet internal standards.
- Oversee testing, cutover planning, and readiness activities for go-live.
- Provide leadership, clarity, and direction across multiple project streams.

Required Experience:

- Strong Project Management experience within HR technology transformations.
- Proven delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud or similar large-scale HRIS programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management at senior level.
- Strong vendor and partner management skills.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments (Asset & Investment Management is preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving transformation setting.
