If so, this could be the ideal role for you About the role Behaviour Mentor I am currently working with a forward-thinking secondary school in the London Borough of Bexley that is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team immediately. The school is looking for a passionate and proactive individual to support students with additional needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, and SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) difficulties. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide targeted support to students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to manage their emotions, stay focused, and engage positively with learning. Youll work closely with the SENCO, pastoral leads, and teaching staff to implement behaviour strategies and contribute to the schools inclusive ethos.
