Provide technical support and advice to customers, installers, and engineers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and quality service. Manage your own workload and schedule, providing accurate updates and documentation. Follow Health and Safety procedures and maintain correct use of tools and equipment. Deliver or assist with training and assessments as required. Stay up to date with industry standards, legislation, and new technologies. Identify and report technical issues, service trends, or potential sales opportunities to the FSM. The ideal applicant will be a Field Service Engineer Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers with: Must have 2 years experience in oil and gas boilers Ideally have any ofthe following; OFTEC certification, F-Gas qualification, Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification, Part P electrical qualification Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
