Rail Surveyor Contract | £350£400 per day | Day & Night Shifts Location: Banbury | Immediate Start Available We are currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join a leading contractor supporting ongoing rail infrastructure works in Banbury. Role Overview: The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting engineering and construction teams, with a primary focus on the Greatworth Green Tunnel project. Responsibilities include: 3D monitoring of survey targets within the tunnel environment. Executing precise survey works using total stations , GNSS/GPS equipment , and relevant surveying software to support the delivery of track, civil engineering, and associated infrastructure projects. Supervising and guiding an Assistant Land Surveyor . Key Requirements: Proven experience in rail or infrastructure surveying . Proficiency with total stations and GPS/GNSS technology . Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification desirable but not essential. Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
