Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional, timely, and quality service. Deliver high quality solutions and fixes for oil and gas heaters. Have a high level of understanding of legacy oil and gas heating systems. Stay up to date with industry standards, legislation, and new technologies. The ideal applicant will be a Technical Advisor Domestic Oil and Gas Boilers with: Must have sound technical understanding of oil and gas heating systems or boilers. Ideally will have 3 years experience installing/servicing oil and gas boilers Ideally have any ofthe following; OFTEC certification, F-Gas qualification, Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification, Part P electrical qualification Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
