This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a highly automated, cutting-edge facilitywith a clear path to progress into a Shift Leader role. Key Responsibilities: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated equipment Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions Support the planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the CMMS system Assist in managing shift handovers and contribute to shift reports Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment Collaborate closely with engineering teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Career Progression: If you demonstrate technical expertise, leadership qualities, and initiative, there will be an opportunity to step into a Shift Leader positiontaking on team coordination, mentoring responsibilities, and acting as the key contact during shifts. What Were Looking For: Minimum Level 3 qualification in an electrical or mechanical discipline Solid experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or automated environment Good understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems Strong communication and organisational skills Health and safety awareness A proactive attitude and the desire to grow into a leadership role About Us: Wills Consultants is an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in engineering, finance and office professionals.
