This is a fantastic opportunity for a property professional looking to join a friendly, supportive, and well-connected firm with offices throughout Swansea, Cardiff, Carmarthenshire and Rhondda Cynon Taff. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for every client. Key Responsibilities Manage your own caseload of residential sale, purchase, transfer of equity, and remortgage matters. Handle new build and leasehold transactions (experience preferred). Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other conveyancing professionals. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve and exceed team and firm-wide targets. Contribute to the teams marketing and business development activities when required. About You At least 2 years experience managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and maintaining professional standards. Ambition to continue developing within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
