Working within a close-knit team, you will be on 12 hour days, tackling a range of engineering challenges. Key responsibilities include: * Preventative Maintenance: Regularly servicing and maintaining machinery to prevent downtime. * Reactive Repairs: Swiftly diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain production schedules. * Contributing to process improvements and equipment upgrades. * Safety Compliance: Adhering to health, safety, and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment. * Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to share knowledge and achieve team objectives. * A strong multi-skilled background in both electrical & mechanical engineering. Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent). A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
