We are looking for a 3rd Line Network Engineer to join the Service Operations team of our clients MSP defence base. Y our role will involve assisting high profile user community, daily contact with customers and stake holders utilising the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage and escalation is critical to the role. Your transferable skills and experience: - NSX-T - Cisco Firepower Management Centre - Cisco IOS knowledge - Cisco ISE - Juniper Switches & JUNOS - SolarWinds Please note: Its still worth applying even if you do not meet all the requirements above.
