About the Role As our Nursery Manager, youll lead a dedicated and caring team, ensuring that our nursery continues to be a safe, happy, and inspiring place for every child. Youll play a key role in day-to-day operations - from guiding staff and supporting families to ensuring we meet the highest standards of care and education. What youll do: Lead and motivate a talented team, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture Oversee daily operations including curriculum planning, staff scheduling, and parent communication Ensure all regulatory and safeguarding standards are met Manage budgets and support continuous improvement across the nursery Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff What Were Looking For Proven leadership experience within an early years setting Excellent communication and organisational skills A passion for providing high-quality childcare and early education Experience managing or supervising within a nursery or childcare setting Strong understanding of EYFS and health & safety regulations Proficiency in written and spoken English What We Offer When you join our team, youll become part of a close-knit, supportive community that values each persons contribution.
