✂ Experience: Proven expertise in Afro-Caribbean hair care and styling techniques including braiding, silk presses, wigs and weaves, cutting, coloring, and styling etc.

✂ Creativity: Ability to craft both traditional and contemporary styles that cater to diverse client preferences.

✂ Client-Focused Approach: Exceptional customer service skills, creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every client.

✂ 2+ years Afro hair styling experience in a salon setting is required

✂ Proficient in wide range of hair styling techniques and trends

✂ Ability to multitask and priotise tasks in a fast-paceed salon environment

✂ Retail experience is a plus

✂ Strong customer service skills

✂ Excellent spoken English

✂ Must possess a positive ‘whatever it takes’ attitude

✂ NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing or equivalent is preferred (but not essential)
