Marketing Campaigns Co-ordinator

Job Description

We’re looking for a marketing campaigns co-ordinator to join our team. The role will involve all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across our product range and channels. This is a new position and provides a great opportunity for someone starting out in their marketing career to develop a role supporting the sales and marketing activities of a busy B2B ecommerce business.

You’ll work with our Marketing Manager on campaign creation and management. You will bring a good eye for design and an understanding of how to implement multi-channel campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. You will spend time gathering data from different sources for analysis and measurement against our KPIs. A good working knowledge of excel functions will be beneficial as will previous exposure to Google Analytics. This role requires someone with strong writing skills and a keen interest in all aspects of digital marketing. An understanding of our product range would be an advantage.

The role will be primarily office based in either our Dalbeattie head office or our Bellshill office and our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm. There may be an opportunity for hybrid working after the initial induction and training period has been completed. Although the position is advertised as full time we would also welcome applications from qualified candidates who wish to work on a part time basis (minimum 3 days per week equivalent).

Most candidates will begin at the base salary, higher compensation is negotiable based on demonstrated experience.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

· Supporting the creation of new digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

· Analysing and refining marketing campaigns based on KPIs

· Content creation for web, social and email

· Providing regular reports and analysis of marketing activities

· Any other marketing tasks as required

Your skills & qualities:

· Excellent written communication skills

· Experience of creating and managing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, PPC)

· A creative mind with a keen eye for design princicples (experience with design software a plus)

· Knowledge of our product range would be an advantage

· A proactive and enthusiastic approach

· The ability to work as part of a team

· Organised and able to prioritise workload

· A willingness to learn and develop new marketing skills to support the business.
