Demolition Labourer

**Labouring and Soft stripping on Demolition sites.**

**Starting Rate £10.75 per hour.**

Negotiable rate depending on experience and length of service

**General Description**:
General duties will include labouring and soft stripping with the potential for a long-term position to upskill in areas such as plant operators, Topman, banksman, burners etc and hold varying competencies such as CCDO, CPCS, PASMA, IPAF etc.

Standard working hours are 07:30 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities: the immediate role will be general Labouring and assisting the team

Experience: not necessary

Key Skills: must be able to work in a team and take direction

Essential Criteria: CSCS Labourer card, must be physically fit due to the nature of the works. CCDO card would be preferential.

**Salary**: £10.75-£11.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North East: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
