Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all guest rooms and public areas
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service skills
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment needed for housekeeping operations
- Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services in a prompt and professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and submit purchase requests as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment for the housekeeping staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
