**Job description**-
- The post-holder will investigate novel methods for analysing CPS using Digital Twin platforms, considering IT and physical aspects in tandem, alongside machine learning/AI approaches for security, with the aim to provide effective security monitoring and real-time responses that assure resilience against attacks. The post-holder will develop CPS use-cases, integrate testbeds, and perform experiments to prove novel security techniques.- Successful applicants will have responsibilities in independent research, preparation of publications, day to day management of project deliverables, and engage with funders and industrial partners.- Obtained, or be about to obtain, a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of research/work experience (including PhD research) in an area related to cyber-security, or an area related to cyber physical systems (such as systems engineering, control systems, or formal modelling) with experience related to IT systems.
