Here are Dobbies we are thrilled to be opening our biggest ever Garden Centre in Antrim, opening in early October 2023. To help set our store up for success and deliver a great customer experience we are looking for Customer Advisors to join our brand-new team.

Our Customer Advisors are essential to ensure all of our customers have a great visit. They process transactions on the till point, deal with customer queries, whilst maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising. They are either assigned to a particular department (e.g. Food hall, Horti, Pets) or work across the whole store to drive sales and the customer experience.

We are looking for talent to join our team with interviews taking place in early August and starting training in late August/early September.

- You will be passionate about our product and thrive on delivering the best customer experience to your customers
- Naturally friendly person: our team members really enjoy what they do and who they work with
- Flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience within a retail environment is ideal but not essential
