Trainee Supervisor

The Phoenix Bar & Eatery is a busy high-street venue in Romsey, with a food and drink offering, and lots of events/entertainment. We are looking for a Trainee Supervisor to join our team who thrives in busy environments and wants to progress within the industry. Growth is a huge part of our goals, both as a business and with our staff. We are looking for someone with hospitality experience, preferably having reached supervisor level before.
- Have experience with, and enjoy working in, a customer facing role within hospitality
- Have leadership skills in order to be able to run a team, ensuring high standards and hard work
- Be wanting progression within the industry, possibly to continue to become part of our management team (or further)

Pay will start at minimum wage for a trial period with looks to increase once full job responsibilities are undertaken.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
