About the role

Your role is to deliver an effective Estate Warden Service which includes:
- Cleaning and upkeep of internal and external communal areas (including carpet and window cleaning).
- Fire compliance including annual fire risk assessments.
- Testing andmonitoringcommunal safety systems including CCTV monitoring systems.
- Customer enquiries from both internal and external customers.
- General awareness of building condition and reporting any concerns.
- Monitor car parks and open spaces for fly tipping, graffiti and abandoned vehicles etc.
- Comprehensive record keeping ensuring service charges accurately reflect the service provided.

About you

You will have 3GCSE'sat Grade C or above, or equivalent ability or vocabulary, verbalreasoningand numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.

You will have experience of working in the Estate Management and caretaking sector.

You will have experience inidentifyingbuilding and maintenance defects.

You must have good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide range of issues and circumstances in relation to customers, the team, peers, other stakeholders.
