**Registered Manager OFSTED - Doncaster - Circa £45k and wonderful environment and great employer**

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a **Registered Manager** position in a Children's Home supporting young people with autism, LD and complex needs in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

We are looking for a passionate and driven **Registered Manager** with a proven track record in running an OFSTED 'Good' or 'Outstanding' children home.

As the **Registered Manager,** your role will be to ensure **OFSTED** requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.

For this role, you will need:

- Experience working with children and young people with behavioural issues (EBD)
- Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and either holding or willing to work towards a Level 5
- Comprehensive understanding of Safeguarding and OFSTED
- A valid UK driving licence
