**Job overview**:
**The Estates Department are looking to enhance their maintenance team and would like to add a Maintenance Electrical Supervisor to their team of staff.**

You will work with as an integrated member of the Estates team across a multi-discipline of trades.

**Main duties of the job**:

- Day to day supervision of operational staff within the Estates department and external contractors across Salford Royal Care Organisations.
- Responsibility for maintaining Estates equipment, premises and plant.
- Provision of specialist and technical advice and ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation and technical memoranda.

- Experience of working in a heath care environment
- Supervisor experience

**Supervisory experiance**:

- Time served electrician with supervisory experience

**Qualifications**:

- A HND/HNC in a relevant estate discipline appropriate for this role OR equivalent qualification, OR demonstrable acquired knowledge and experience

**Desirable criteria**:

- HND Building services
- APLV qualification
