My client is a leading Pharmaceuticals based in Leeds, specialising in liquid medicine.

**Description**

Project manager for a portfolio of approximately 10-12 projects with a focusing on leading external development projects and technical transfer initiatives.

Facilitate and enable cross functional teams to successfully deliver to target timings contributing to the overall performance of the department and business:

- Works with project Core Team including 3rd party partners, to develop the Project Timeplan and set key Milestones for reporting on progress.
- Act as point contact for 3rd parties to ensure alignment to expectations and clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Organize and lead project Kick-Off meetings, Post Launch Reviews, and After Action Reviews both internally and with 3rd party partners.
- Schedules and lead Core Team meetings to track actions, issues and progress versus timings. Facilitate resolution of issues with core teams and initiate appropriate corrective action to ensure critical milestones are met.
- Proactively monitor project progress and provide progress reports to PMO and Stakeholders including maintenance of reporting systems and metrics.

**Profile**

University Degree

At least 2 years working within Project Management discipline or roles.

Knowledge and experience of New Product Development within either Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or FMCG companies either as Project Manager or in another role (R&D, Supply Chain, Quality etc.)

Experience in using Microsoft Project and or other Project Management and Collaboration Tools (SharePoint, Teams etc.)
