Entry Level Tax Administrator Opportunity to explore employment in Tax at a leading Mid-Tier practice
TAX AND TRUSTS TEAM ADMINISTRATOR
1. Main function of job
- To support the London PCD team with basic administrative duties and organisation.
(Note: in addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required).
- Ensure and maintain a good level of communication of workflow across the team.
2. Main Duties File Management Setting up clients on CCH (client create forms), placing engagement letters onto CCH; preparation of 64-8s for HMRC submission; manual filing when required and archiving of redundant files.
Documentation management
Post Post-in scanning is carried out centrally, but this role will need to allocate the post once scanned, on a daily basis onto CCH. Post out will need to be scanned, filed on CCH and then sent.
Communication
Client meetings
Departmental
reporting Responsible for ensuring that departmental calls are recorded accurately and passed on to the correct person. You are expected to think through the implications of a call and acting on that to benefit workflow and the team.
Provide proactive team support for all departmental client meetings, including the collation of any preparatory material.
Collation of workflow documentation and uploading them to the team portal.

4. Qualifications/education required
- Educated as a minimum to GCSE/CSE standard to include Maths and English

- Previous experience in a similar role/environment
