If so, the Swindon Locality in BSW IBB is looking to recruit a Trusted Assessor to join our Locality Team and support Great Western Hospital, along with our local Older People Nursing and Residential Homes.

The role is key in improving patient experience, clinical safety and patient flow by assessing, planning and implementing care in partnership with Care Home providers.
