We're looking for an experienced staff member to join us at coarse, serving affordable and informal tasting menus in Durham city centre.

We were recently listed in the Michelin guide and would love someone to join the team that loves food and wine as much as we do

We're open 4 days a week (Wednesday - Saturday) and have become super busy since the listing - plenty of hours available, which can be discussed based on your availability.
- Must have at least 5 years hospitality experience
- Preferably lead/managed a team before
- Ideally have knowledge and interest in wine

Very good service charge (~ 30% extra) included for all team members and a Christmas bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 5 years (required)
