**Job Description: Senior Support Worker**

We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care for our residents. Recognizing that our staff form the cornerstone of excellent care, we are actively seeking individuals to join our team as a Senior Night Carer.

**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Night Carer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Home and creating a positive atmosphere for our residents. Your responsibilities will include leading, facilitating, and participating in staff meetings, training, supervision, appraisal, and development activities. Additionally, you will conduct supervision and induction for designated staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct supervision, appraisal, and development activities for staff.
- Assist in controlling the issue of drugs, maintaining necessary records, and ensuring accuracy in administering medication.

**Skills / Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience in the safe administration of medication.
- Understanding of the needs of residents and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
